Spafari Etiquette
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for your spa treatment to
ensure you are checked in and have time to relax.

Late arrival: The full treatment charge
will be applied, however, the treatment will be shortened
to allow for other guests to have their scheduled appointments.
- Please turn off all Cellular devices to ensure an undisturbed period of relaxation for everyone.
- No outside food or beverages may be brought into the spa.
- Children: under 12 are permitted in the spa only when they are receiving services and accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated or behaves inappropriately to staff.
- Clients are invited to use the Infrared Sauna, Steam Room, Pool and Hot Tub in conjunction with any service. Sauna availability cannot be guranteed as only one person at a time may be accommodated and pre-booked paid sessions will take precedence.
- Gift Certificates are non-refundable and are treated as
cash, therefore they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. No cash will be exchanged for any unused portions of the gift cards.
- Gratuities may be left for your spa therapist and will be accepted with many thanks.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy:
When making an appointment, a credit card (Master Card or Visa) will be required to secure the booking for the following reasons:
Failure to Show: 100% of service(s) will be applied.
Cancellation: 24 hours notice is required...less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge for any service(s) reserved unless special circumstances exist.
Privacy Policy -In order to provide the best service possible we need to collect some personal/health information. Be assured that all such information is held in highest confidence and is not shared with anyone.
